Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage architectural design for Condominium Projects.
∎ Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans.
∎ Prepare detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
∎ Work with engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders for project success.
∎ Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
∎ Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
∎ Develop project budgets and ensure financial constraints are met.
∎ Oversee procurement of materials and resources for cost-effectiveness and quality.
∎ Stay informed about Real-estate trends and technological advancements.
∎ Propose innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
∎ Requirement:
∎ Travel to project sites to assess and analyze conditions, ensuring that designs are feasible and optimized for the location.
∎ Proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
∎ In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
∎ Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
