Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hostel Management:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including room assignments, maintenance, and security.Ensuring that hostel rules and regulations are followed by all residents.Handling student complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner.Student Welfare:Providing support and guidance to students, addressing their needs and concerns.Monitoring student attendance and academic performance.Organizing social and cultural activities for students.Maintenance and Security:Ensuring the upkeep of the hostel facilities, including common areas, rooms, and equipment.Coordinating maintenance and repair work as needed.Implementing security measures to safeguard the hostel and its residents.Staff Supervision:Managing and supervising hostel staff, including housekeeping, security personnel, and other support staff.Ensuring that staff are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.Financial Management:Overseeing the hostel's budget and ensuring that expenses are within limits.Collecting hostel fees and maintaining accurate financial records.Any assigned job by Management.
