Education:
∎ 01.  MBBS from BMDC recognized institution.
∎ 02.  MPH (Hospital Management/Admin) or post-graduation degree in any relevant field.
∎ 03.  At least 5 years’ experience in reputed hospital/clinic as Hospital Superintendent or equivalent position (not below than Civil Surgeon).
∎ 04.  Retd. Army Officer (not below than Lt. Col.) with similar experience in this field may be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly responsible for the patients services like NURSING SERVICES, FOOD & NUTRITION, HOUSE KEEPING SERVICES.
∎ He/She will be responsible for overall management of the GENERAL STORE, PHARMACY and PATIENT COUNSELING.
∎ The incumbent will supervise and direct all the above services and keeps it smooth running for the satisfaction of the patients. He/She will look after the RESEARCH and ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES of the Hospital.
∎ Facilitate the Research team to conduct research works in a standard form and report to the CEO.
∎ He/She will supervise the library of Ibrahim Cardiac and take proper steps for smooth functioning.
∎ Any other task as assigned by CEO or other competent authority.
