Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote all types of services of BBMH (Bangabandhu Memorial Hospital).
∎ Maintain good rapport with the medical fraternity and with all clients.
∎ To keep informed about BBMH services to qualified Doctors.
∎ Continuous field visit for service promotion.
∎ Maintain pleasant disposition at all times and be willing to attend to the needs of clients of the hospital beyond his duty hours.
∎ Prepare proposals for Corporate Clients. Communicate & establish relationships with the prospective clients and closing the deal.
∎ Make a list of Target Clients/Companies. Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
∎ To maintain absolute integrity with the organization and its members.
∎ To be aware of departments performance and objectives.
∎ To carry out data collection/support in data collection.
∎ Participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
∎ Organize self and office for effective response.
∎ Report on a daily basis the activities handled to the superior.
∎ Use and maintain all office equipment appropriately, especially those issued exclusively.
∎ Arranging CME (Continuing Medical Education) Program with the medical professionals.
∎ To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superiors.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management
∎ To adhere to the safety norms of the hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years’ experience in related field.
