Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Hospital Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Supervising and leading a team of administrative and clinical staff.
∎ Managing clinic schedules, patient appointments, and provider schedules.
∎ Overseeing patient registration and billing processes.
∎ Maintaining inventory and ordering medical supplies as needed.
∎ Implementing and improving clinic policies and procedures.
∎ Collaborating with healthcare providers like doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists, and medical technologists to optimize patient care delivery.
∎ Monitoring hospital performance and implementing efficiency improvements.
∎ Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the Administration department in Hospital Management.
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
