Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing operations: Overseeing the hospital's daily operations, including facility maintenance, safety protocols, and emergency response plans.
∎ Managing budgets: Analyzing financial information to identify ways to reduce costs and increase revenue.
∎ Managing staff: Overseeing multiple employee teams, including delegating tasks, organizing, and maintaining schedules.
∎ Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including health, safety, and sanitation standards.
∎ Improving quality: Improving operational efficiency and patient care quality, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
∎ Managing resources: Managing hospital resources and inventory.
∎ Handling patient concerns: Handling patient complaints and feedback.
∎ Developing relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
∎ Preparing reports: Preparing and presenting operational reports to senior management.
∎ Staying current: Staying updated with the latest healthcare trends and technologies.
