∎ Al Basar International Foundation- a Non-Profit Organization- runs several reputed eye hospitals in Bangladesh including Al Noor Eye Hospital, Lalmatia, Dhaka; Makkah Eye Hospital, Uttara, Dhaka; Makkah Eye Hospital, Rajshahi; Makkah Eye Hospital, Tangail; Makkah Eye Hospital, Joypurhat; Makkah Eye Hospital, Meherpur and Makkah Eye Hospital, Rangpur.
∎ Several more eye hospitals will be established soon to expand eye care services to the underprivileged and remote population of Bangladesh.
∎ Al Basar International Foundation has been contributing in controlling blindness and combating the key causes of visual impairment in Bangladesh for about three decades through providing hospital based eye treatment, arranging free eye camps, educating local community members, developing high quality eye care workforce, and conducting population based eye care research.
∎ Makkah Eye Hospital (Al Basar International Foundation), Rangpur & Meherpur, Bangladesh is seeking qualified and motivated Bangladeshi nationals for the positions of Hospital Manager to run medical facility.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations.
∎ Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.
∎ Serve as a liaison between the staff, management and patient.
∎ Monitor administrative staff's performance.
∎ Train new employees.
∎ Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies.
∎ Oversee the finances of the hospital, including setting the rates for various health services, budgeting and revenue monitoring.
∎ Resolve potential issues with patients.
∎ Organize Eye Camp.
∎ Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
∎ Prepare work schedules.
∎ Ensure the security and safety of patient healthcare records and other facility data.
∎ Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.
∎ Communicate with doctors, specialists, nurses, ward attendants and vendors.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5-years' experience in relevant field will be given preference.
∎ Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail.
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing.
∎ Possess sound knowledge on eye health related issues.
∎ Able to communicate with rural people.
∎ Good command over English and Bangla - both spoken and written.
