Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS), Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health/Hospital Administration, Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS) in Any clinical subject
∎ Candidate must hold an MBBS degree with an MPH or FCPS.
∎ Retired Defense Medical Core officer/ Civil Surgeon/ Government or Private Health Management professional with sufficient experience will be preferred
∎ Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University,Rajshahi Medical University,Chittagong Medical University students will get preference

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital management, Medical Administration, Medical College and Hospital

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dedicated hospital director to ensure the efficient operation of our healthcare facility. The hospital director`s responsibilities include coordinating medical teams, achieving the facility`s mission goals, and executing the facility`s policies, systems, and agendas. The hospital director will work to improve the overall care quality of our facility and work to enhance relationships with vendors who work with our facility.
∎ To be a successful hospital director, you should be dedicated to promoting the trust and professionalism of our facility within the community. You should have good managerial and organizational skills, as well as excellent medical knowledge and training.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer Patient Management and Quality Control Assessment of internal departments.
∎ Exercise professional leadership and institute, manage and evaluate quality within clinical and non-clinical services, ensuring that professional policies, practice, and its application are evidence/ research-based and of a recognized standard.
∎ Provide Leadership and Coordination in Indoor, Outdoor, and Office management.
∎ Ensure timing and responsibilities of the employees.
∎ Perform duties especially given by the Top Management.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient functions of all staffs in the hospital.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 65 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Retired ex-government official is encouraged to apply.
∎ 10-20 years of experience in Medical Administration as Hospital Director in a reputable Hospital with Excellent Patient Management administration.

Salary:
