Job Context:
∎ Job location: Bangabandhu IT Park, Kaliakor, Gazipur, Bangladesh
∎ Employment term: Fixed term/Regular

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day management of Hospital and Institute development project to ensure all deliverables are met. In particular, timelines, budget, quality and good operational practices.
∎ Provide regular updates to the team by attending required meetings and following-up on action items and prepare a periodical report for monitoring purposes.
∎ Maintain liaison with Bangabandhu Hi-Tech Park authority, government officials, public representatives and other stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and carry out project execution plans and processes in accordance with standard guidelines.
∎ Coordinating with architects, quality assurance specialists, engineers, project managers, construction managers, medical equipment planners, and other development team members.
∎ Monitor and report to top management on the status of all project activities, including major milestones, as well as any situations that might impact project cost, schedule quality, or risk profile.
∎ Develop suggestions and action plans to address challenges and risks that are impacting or are likely to affect the project's success.
∎ Supervising staffs, performing administrative task and conducting procurement function.
∎ Provide other support to the management based on requirement of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of working experience in multiple hospitals, international organizations & government officials.
∎ Knowledge of research protocol development and implementation.
∎ Experience in project designing, implementation, monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Capability to maintain liaison with government and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Extensive knowledge of Surveillance, Monitoring & Reporting procedure.
∎ Must be highly organized and be particularly attentive to details.
∎ Must be meticulous in record keeping with every detail.
∎ Must be enthusiastic to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and be willing to take initiative
∎ Good communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
