∎ Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
∎ Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and comprehensive risk assessments.
∎ Lead incident investigations and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Coordinate safety drills, toolbox talks, and targeted HSE training programs.
∎ Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate HSE records and submit timely reports to project leadership.
