Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and conduct customer training on instruments / applications for all Hematology placements either on-site or centralized
∎ Develop, organize and conduct in-house training for concerned team member, identify training needs and execute plans to fill the gaps
∎ Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge and technical input to customers through presentations
∎ Assist in organizing workshops and seminars to promote Abbott products
∎ Establish good rapport with professional associations and key opinion leaders(KOLs) understanding their needs and providing assistance for the development of their profession including ensuring their access to relevant scientific information
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years experience as Hematology Application Specialist or similar experience in any Hematology laboratory
∎ Excellent communication skill in English
∎ Training and presentation skill
∎ Troubleshooting and analytical skill
∎ Proficient in MS office especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
