Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree preferably in Management/Finance/SCM/Engineering or relevant field.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (PGDSCM),Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper planning and implementation for annual procurement requirements to enable timely procurement at Dhaka main hospital, branch hospitals and vision centers.
∎ Ensure that all procurement is undertaken promptly, professionally and transparently in a cost-effective manner and delivered on time, while maintaining all required documentation throughout the process.
∎ Provide appropriate feedback, orientation, induction and training to all supply chain staff members so that they can be able to understand and implement the procurement policies and procedures of the hospital.
∎ Ensure that procurement records are updated regularly, all reports are prepared on time and shared with relevant staff, preserving all documents for future reference.
∎ Provide high-quality and effective support and resourcing services proactively to staff of the hospital.
∎ Responsible for assessing staff performance and staff development of the supply chain department.
∎ Perform any other departmental tasks as and when necessary by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in modern ERP implementation and product coding, updating, etc.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge of maintaining policy and compliance
∎ Knowledge of project management and quality assurance
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Thorough understanding of organization products and logistics.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
