Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile
∎ B.Sc in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering with MBA Degree from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and place Annual Business Plan to management.
∎ Responsible for ongoing market research and company development strategies.
∎ To prepare business development plan considering short term and long term basis.
∎ To develop and expand customer area both corporate and individual in a very aggressive way.
∎ Competitors activity analysis and prepare future action plan.
∎ Develop service marketing to maximize revenue and profit.
∎ Day to day Office Matters, Staff Management & Administrative Affairs.
∎ Service planning & achievement of Service redemption
∎ Supervise Training of Mechanics/Engineers & Development of training rules.
∎ Arrange Service camps at different locations & training of engineers and technicians
∎ Follow up of warranty and PDI (Pre delivering inspection) claims with manufactures.
∎ Understanding and developing the need of tools and equipment's required for proper service activities.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have minimum 10 years experience in Automobile Service related activities.
∎ Preference will be given those who have experience in the field service activities of 2/3/4 wheeler.
∎ Academic qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced person.
∎ Good intellectual and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Applicant should have good skills in Computer.
