Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Mechanical,Electrical,Civil
∎ Preferred to have professional training/certification on welding/automation/cathodic protection and electrical infrastructure.
∎ Additional Certification on PMP and ISO (auditor) will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 16 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop master plans for construction projects or portions of larger projects, including functional and technical design requirements for the purpose of design reporting and site lay-outs;
∎ Undertake Project Management activities for planning, design and construction phases of the project by providing oversight of technical quality, schedules, and budget, as required;
∎ Monitor the detailed design calculations, preparation of engineering data sheets & specifications, drawings and troubleshooting of design problems resulting from field capabilities;
∎ Takes a lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contact negotiations as requested and checks and confirm that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned projects.
∎ Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements
∎ Responsible for the preparation of detailed constructional drawings, the negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals of achieve and monitor the optimum timing programs.
∎ Responsible for design, specification and services related to piping systems and plant layout including piping material selection, piping material line classes, standard and specialty piping components, pressure, weight and thermal analysis of piping systems, vibration analysis and piping support systems
∎ Attends pre-bid meetings with clients and prepares proposals in conjunction with department heads, directors and other key individuals
∎ Improve the effectiveness of the company's internal systems; increase efficiency and reducing administrative overhead;
∎ Provide relevant technical information to Operation staff to enable proper operation and maintenance of technical equipment.
∎ Provide support to business development and onsite engineering team.
∎ Lead the preparation of technical and contract documentation for issue and analysis of returned tenders
∎ Support project management to cross functional activity required for project execution
∎ Work with management to decide which engineering projects are the highest priority against the business targets and which can be executed with the available resources.
∎ Appraise and interpret client requirement to ensure technical, legislative and commercial aspects are delivered on each projects.
∎ Preparation of pre- bid technical documentation and conducting the pre-tendering site survey to understand site conditions.
∎ Contribute to business continuity, contingency planning and make the necessary recommendations;
∎ Prepare and issue weekly and/or monthly reports, project completion reports and full report on final completion;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years of professional experience in Oil and Gas engineering and overall management of engineering projects work and activities
∎ Min 05 years' of global experience in Oil, Gas and Power industry;
∎ Min 05 years' of experience working in project phrase;
∎ Ability to work with multiple discipline engineering projects;
∎ Familiar with the codes: ASTM, ASME B31.1, B31.3, proficiency in Auto CAD for structural drawings, isometric and piping drawings.
∎ Project management and supervision skills;
∎ Advanced MS Office skills;
