∎ Master's degree from Public / Private University. Supply Chain Professionals Will Get Preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain,commercial

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the Procurement Department.
∎ • Devised and implemented short- and long-term procurement plans, policies and practices and effectively communicated the same to team members to ensure achievement of strategic objectives.
∎ • Analyzed key drivers, trends and regulations impacting the assigned purchases, as well as made decisions to ascertain reliability of sourcing at the best value for the company.
∎ • Kept existing supply chains smooth and efficient and established new chains while keeping close tabs on applicable logistics and market trends.
∎ • Supervised overall activities of the procurement team, handled all aspects of their training and conducted periodic performance reviews to maintain a motivated work force.
∎ • Executed bid management, prepared bid specifications and recommended awards of contracts. Negotiated long term agreements, maintained competitive pricing.
∎ • Establish, manage and improve warehousing and logistics processes and procedures.
∎ • Ensure all SOP’s (Standard Operational Procedure) are followed.
∎ • Establish ordering system of materials by following EOQ (Economy Order Quantity) considering lead time, MOQ (Minimum Oder Quantity) and last three months’ consumption.
∎ • Streamline the different systems of warehouse to ensure on timely delivery of goods and information to the concerned department.
∎ • Monitor deviations from budget, take corrective actions, coordinate physical inventory counts and report to top management.
∎ • Responsible for the Commercial Department.
∎ ? ) Follow up all type of Customs related works likes (1) Obtaining Bond license/ registration (2) Making consumption as per DEDO Sahag. (3) Utilization permission (UP) (4) In-Bond, Ex-Bond, (5) Yearly Audit/Inspection, (6) VAT rebate, (7) Machinery Installation certificate & other customs related works.
∎ ? b) EPZ/BEPZA related work like (1) Allotment & recommendation (2) Import permission (IP), (2) Export permission (EP) & other required formalities with EPZ/BEPZA Authority.
∎ ? c) Bank: - Import & Export related works like (1) All kind of L/C open. (2) Import delivery formalities. (3) Export documents forward as per L/C terms. (4) Local & foreign documents purchase/Negotiation, Maturity & payment follow up (5) Packing credit. (6) Cash incentive claim, audit & fund disbursement follow-up.
∎ ? d) All correspondence with BGMEA/BKMEA/BTMA & UD, Export order & PC monitoring.
∎ ? e) EPB: - GSP & CO monitoring.
∎ ? f) Others: -Permission & renewal monitoring like BOI, CCIE, EPB, BGMEA, BTMA, BKMEA, DEDO.

Additional Requirements:
