Job Context:
∎ Mas Dream Industries Ltd. is looking for a dynamic person who have proven experience in procurement, Inventory, Selection of Vendor & Distribution.
∎ The person should have strong personal relationship with the supplier to purchase independently.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
∎ Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
∎ Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up inter company transfers.
∎ Develop a purchasing & material sourcing policy, set a standard lead time for delivering to the end consumer.
∎ Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
∎ Achieve the set procurement target in coordination with team members.
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Preparing detail reports on procurement and deliveries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Capable to build a strong team for procurement to achieve the target.
∎ Candidate without having practical experience in commodity and construction materials procurement from local market in bulk quantity need not to apply.
