Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum requirement - Graduation from reputed university; Any professional qualification or certification on SCM will add advantage
∎ Training/Trade Course: Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain Management and Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Foreign Procurement: Process all foreign procurement of commercial vehicles, implements and required spare parts through demand and forecasting analysis. Being updated about current changes in Statutory Regulator Order (S.R.O) about import & re-export policies.
∎ Commercial: Communication with Principal/ Manufacturer regrading LC Scheduling, Payment scheduling and Cross border transport modules. Supervising LC preparation, CnF operation. Communication with bank, insurance, & surveyor to import and release trucks, tractors, spares & implements smoothly.
∎ Costing & Retail Policy Implementation: Costing of all procured items- Vehicles, Spare Parts (Upto Landed Cost) & Implements. Modelling Pricing for different type of sales modes. Analysis of cost components in the automotive industry.
∎ Planning for Demand & Inventory: Managing inventory of warehouse (brand new & stock return vehicles only), dealer points & 3S Centers. Monitoring & Stock Inventory and supervise inventory responsible. Ensuring FIFO Method inventory management.
∎ Distribution mapping and nationwide transportation: Supervising the transportation route for vehicles, stock return vehicles ensuring effectiveness though cross checking of different routes.
∎ Comparison Statement of all local purchase: Supervising any CS under Supply Chain Management, supervising negotiation, strategic decisions to source vendors.
∎ Effective cross functional relationship: Ensuring knowledge sharing relationship with all the relevant in house departments (Finance, Audit, HR, Marketing & After Sales Service, Legal)
∎ Registration & Insurance: Authorize all insurance and registration payments and communicate with third parties and government agencies to clear back log and ongoing registration related issues.
∎ Supply Networks & Local Procurement Management: Authorizing all sort of local procurement and ensuring proper supply networks aligning with Sales & Finance.
∎ Training: Train & mentor SCM Employees Distribution, Inventory Management & Procurement.
