Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor /Masters degree in any discipline from reputed Universities
∎ PGD in SCM holder will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
International Sourcing, Local Sourcing, Purchase/ Procurement, Suppliers and Vendor Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing, developing, managing, maintain good relationship with the potential vendors/ suppliers;
∎ Analysis the best products and suppliers towards of best price, timely delivery;
∎ Coordination in between vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, inter departments;
∎ Maintain record for tracking and reporting of key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness;
∎ Always update of market price and trends to identify changes of buyer-supplier's moods;
∎ Evaluate supplier performance and create alternative pool;
∎ Monitor the availability of stocked raw materials and forecast upcoming levels of demand;
∎ Visit to the factory for timely follow-up in-house material requirements;
∎ Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
∎ Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as merchandising, finance & accounts, commercial, production, store, quality assurance etc.
