Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Those who have completed advance courses on Supply Chain Management will also be preferred.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Sourcing,Planning

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product sourcing, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for product sourcing from local & foreign sources in accordance with company policies & requirements.
∎ To assist verification of purchase deeds and work orders.
∎ Designing, planning, executing, controlling & maintain of product sourcing activities of the company.
∎ Act as senior point of contact for sourcing activities, including owning, maintaining and updating the sourcing schedules and status report.
∎ To develop, own and maintain a sourcing network, ensure suppliers are accredited on to the supplier database and are aligned with the companies Values.
∎ Development and successful running of the Sourcing Project Team, including personnel, planning, approvals, policies, procedures, compliance and reporting.
∎ To coordinate and maintain effective communication with all departments for delivering the incoming goods.
∎ To create time and action plan for all order and follow-up regularly.
∎ To follow up with potential suppliers (nominated/non-nominated where applicable) for price & quality.
∎ To follow prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies.
∎ Any other duty as and when required by the position.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sourcing, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain.
∎ In depth knowledge on Local & International sourcing.
∎ Should have strong local and overseas supplier connection and capability of sourcing new suppliers.
