Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead & manage the service operation team and develop comprehensive & innovative services before and after sales of Agri Machineries to the customers.
∎ Should be familiar with all parts and accessories of tractors and other agricultural equipment.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance/services of tractors and other agricultural equipment.
∎ Identify equipment’s defect for immediate troubleshooting or replacement as required by the customers.
∎ Respond to customer complaints, evaluate and resolve/ mitigate the customer demands.
∎ Expand service network and improve service revenue and market share.
∎ Visit service team and customer locations for conducting routine maintenance.
∎ Manage periodical servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
∎ Develop and maintain relationship with the customers and provide preventative maintenance & services to the customers.
∎ Developing service team spirit and create strong bonding among service professionals.
∎ Proving technical support and training on new equipment.
∎ Provide effective solutions to customers' concerns using various strategies and tools.
∎ Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
∎ Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing maintenance measures.
∎ Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
∎ Monitoring inventory and reordering materials as and when needed.
∎ Any other assignment needed in respect of maintenance and services of Agri Machineries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a maintenance & service engineer.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent people and time management skills.
∎ Cutting-edge troubleshooting skills.
∎ Understanding of equipment safety procedures.
∎ Good communication and training skills.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good Computer literacy specially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Ability to work independently under time pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
