Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters in any discipline,
∎ B.Sc. in Automobile Engineering
∎ Bachelor in any discipline with diploma in Automobiles
∎ Educational qualification might be relaxed for ARMY Officers who have worked in EME Core (Minimum Major Ranked)
∎ Skills Required: Security Management, Transport Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security Management, Transport Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Context:
∎ Besides common vehicles the candidates should have experience in dealing with the luxurious vehicles
∎ Retired Army Officers will be given preference especially from EME core, Minimum Major Rank will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the entire part of Transport like Operations & Maintenance
∎ Ensure on time service & support according to the company requirement Management
∎ Ensure on time Transport facility to the new joined employees according to the Management Approval.
∎ Need to maintain a fleet of 100+ vehicles comprising both light & heavy vehicle
∎ To ensure timely servicing & repair of all vehicles to keep the down time at a minimum level
∎ To interact with the reputed garages and get the major repairing works done at a very competitive cost
∎ To initiate requisition for purchase of spares and other parts of vehicles and to get approval by the authority
∎ Ensure timely renewal of all relevant paper of vehicles from concerned authorities and permits for newly procured vehicles.
∎ To check all relevant bills and vouchers before sending for final approval
∎ To check the staffs / driver's attendance, extra hour work before sending for payment
∎ Tracking the vehicles while they runs in a long distance
∎ Maintain liaison with Traffic Police, BRTA and other Law enforcing agencies as and when required
∎ To initiative disciplinary action for the Driver & departmental staffs charge for committing misconduct
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time
∎ Should have good assessing capability of security issues around the company
∎ Have to look after the entire Safety and Security aspects of the Group.
∎ Have to ensure safety and Security of the employees working in Head office and factories.
∎ Have to secured the company assets
∎ Have to train the entire security force of the company
∎ Conducted Global Supply Chain Security Program (C-TPAT) audit of foreign Buyer
∎ Ensure Security Management, Physical Security, and Security Operations,
∎ Involve Crisis Management and give protocol to the VIPs
∎ Using intelligence also have to provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries
∎ Keep Group Management informed regarding the latest security related matters and advice as demand necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Major and above from EME core will be given preference
∎ Smart, Energetic and clear understanding
∎ Good command over English
∎ Computing knowledge is also required..
∎ Should have sound knowledge in the related field.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently as and where required.
∎ Able to work under pressure and for longer hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & result oriented.
