∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Security Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
∎ Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
∎ Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
∎ Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
∎ Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
∎ Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
∎ Review reports on incidents and gaps
∎ Investigate and resolve issues
∎ Create reports for management on security status
∎ Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
∎ Conduct, support, or assist in governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of the facilities security processes. * Government liaison work
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience in Security & Safety
∎ Ex-Police/Army personnel/Security Service Experienced will get preference
∎ Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
∎ Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
∎ Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
∎ Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
∎ Committed, trustworthy and reliable
