∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct & coordinate activities of personnel engaged in the Local procurement department.
∎ Developing and implementing procurement strategy & policies and forecast procurement needs.
∎ Plan & develop local purchase matter with modern tools & techniques
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
∎ Collect competitive price from suppliers & prepare comparative statement for management decision.
∎ Prepare purchase requisitions, approve, issues purchase orders and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase in accordance with company policy.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of requisitioned material with specified quality.
∎ Make a liaison with production line for strong procurement planning & take necessary steps if crisis period of short stock occur.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies.
∎ Sourcing & tracking out different suppliers on continuous basis.
∎ Collect MRR from factory end & forward the bill of the supplier to accounts department for payment on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 08 years of relevant experience in any food manufacturing (FMCG) company essentially at least 02 years experience as Head of SCM.
∎ Should have excellent negotiation skill & leadership ability to lead a team.
Salary: Negotiable
