∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ •     Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
∎ •           Identify and nurture business opportunities with new and existing clients.
∎ •           Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ •           Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
∎ •           Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
∎ •           Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
∎ •           Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
∎ •           Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Responsibilities
