Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, coach and lead the salespeople,
∎ Responsible for overall sales growth and market share,
∎ Develop selling strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction,
∎ Project sales volumes based on product database,
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of the establishment, objectives, market characteristics,
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends,
∎ Formulate, direct and coordinate sales activities and policies to promote products,
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
∎ Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous objective standards for sales forces.
∎ Meet with the targeted sales people one-on-one as planned to review performance, progress and targets.
∎ Deliver deep performance reviews for each sales individual,
∎ Coach individual sales forces one-on-one and prospecting help sessions to help them improve sales performance.
∎ Counsel, support and discipline underperforming sales representatives.
∎ Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values deliverying the best results as soon as possible.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 18-20 years experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong research and analytical skills.
∎ In-depth understanding of the company's current products and future concepts.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
∎ Budget-management skills and proficiency.
∎ Confident, self driven, innovative , problem solving and excellent technical skills
∎ Leadership skills, Planning and organization skills
∎ Should be strived for excellence, dependable and trustworthy.
