Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the R&D team for achieving the business objectives
∎ Providing necessary guidance to develop generic drug products for both domestic and international markets including highly regulated markets
∎ Supervising the entire R&D team by organizing the work flow and tasks to maximize operational efficiency of both formulation and analytical lab
∎ Rearranging the resources based on the requirements to meet organizational objectives
∎ Implementing various strategies and formats for organization development
∎ Support the activities associated with the company's global programs
∎ Work closely with the Directors and quickly response to key decision points
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience to develop at least 10 ANDA
∎ Must have an experience of 17-20 years in relevant field.
