∎ Head of R&D (Level - Manager/ AGM)
∎ Job Location Factory (Bhabanipur, Kashimpur, Gazipur)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding marketing and sales team requirements on new products & features development. Project management for new product developments from designing to mass production.
∎ Lead and direct routine compliance functions related to product development and manufacturing of current products
∎ Perform as proactive liaison with other organizational departments and outside suppliers.
∎ Manage advanced product development program, improved materials or manufacturing processes. Develop test methods, standards and protocols supporting implementation of new material designs. Develop, conduct and analyze research and development studies.
∎ Contribute in yearly competitive product teardowns and analysis.
∎ Develop and present various standard and ad hoc reports related to R & D projects.
∎ Participate in appropriate training programs to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards.
∎ Manage, coordinate and provide assistance with special projects as needed.
∎ Plan, schedule and coordinate resources to prepare proper documentation consistently with company objectives.
∎ Resolve engineering problems with engineering expertise at component through system level. Utilizing existing test protocols and develops new through conducting testing.
∎ Execute broad engineering knowledge to design and development new products, product changes and enhancements.
∎ Monitor and control programs to ensure smooth operations and identify issues if any. Ensure to resolve all identified problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in CAD design & product development
∎ Knowledge on 3D design & drafting
∎ Expert in solid works, NX, Catia etc.
∎ Knowledge about estimation & costing
