Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in ME/ IPE/ EEE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate development process of new products and programs from the initial planning phase to implementation.
∎ To identify new product for future and plan accordingly.
∎ To identify machine specification focused on smooth production and operation.
∎ To determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers.
∎ To establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with all concern department.
∎ Maintaining tools, raw materials and other equipment related to luggage product.
∎ Communicating with supplier for new parts & product development.
∎ Modify different parts design according to the requirement and specifications.
∎ Study product standard to identify and meet different requirement from different markets.
∎ Making BOM, tracing component changing, consumption adjustment and document preparation for model launching.
∎ Innovative technology adoption & developing new features of products.
∎ Any other task required for project implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience in related field.
∎ Clear understanding of product design and other manufacturing process.
∎ Should have knowledge of current trends, materials and innovations within the design.
∎ Should have strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
∎ Accessible approach to other with pleasant personality.
∎ Basic Knowledge on design and drafting software and IT.
