Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE/ ME from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Research and Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Home Appliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate development process of new products and programs from the initial planning phase to implementation.
∎ Identify new product for future and plan accordingly.
∎ Development of Microwave Oven project.
∎ Development of Electric Kettle project.
∎ International Business Unit & R&D-1 co-ordination works.
∎ All kind of Oven, electric cookers sample testing & analysis.
∎ Cost analysis with costing section for all costing works.
∎ BoM making and supervising.
∎ Developing products according to IBU required Standards for export.
∎ Making QC, PSI product standard for QC checking.
∎ Collaboration with designer for new product & concept development.
∎ Analysis of competitor products.
∎ Collaboration with Local marketing, IBU & corporate sells..
∎ Any other task required for project implementation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience in related field.
∎ Clear understanding of product design and other manufacturing process.
∎ Should have knowledge of current trends, materials and innovations within the design.
∎ Should have strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
∎ Accessible approach to other with pleasant personality.
∎ Basic Knowledge on design and drafting software and IT.
