Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning and execute all project management and construction management activities of assigned project.
∎ Prepare comprehensive project plan encompassing work schedule, manpower allocation, equipment and materials requirements prior to commencing the project works.
∎ Oversee on-site construction activities, including the continuous monitoring of work progress and the diligent management of work schedules.
∎ Plan, execute and ensure construction project safety.
∎ Ensure compliance of design with Company Standard.
∎ Ensure the consistent adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Conduct meticulous supervision of construction, as well as comprehensive quality control assessments encompassing concrete strength, cement, re-bars.
∎ Monitor finishing tasks like plastering, tiling, carpentry, and painting to minimize and eliminate post-handover defects.
∎ Manage and oversee project activities to ensure alignment with master project schedules, adherence to approved budgets, and prepare monthly Project Progress Reports (PPR).
∎ Arrange and facilitate routine meetings at the project site office with site engineers and relevant contractors to oversee and ensure progress, quality, and safety in the project.
∎ Maintain accurate records of any supplementary tasks such as dismantling, demolition, or additional work, and furnish these records to the Head Office as necessary for cost calculation purposes.
∎ Support Finance Team in processing of bills.
∎ Carry out any other jobs, as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ At least 10 - 15 Years of Work Experience in the field of Real Estate/Construction in relevant industry.
