Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Production Head (Food and Cosmetics product like Water, Fruit Juice, Flavor Drinks, Powder Drinks (Tang), Beauty Soap, Tooth Pest, Skin Care Cream, Shampoo, Hair Oil, Face Wash, Hand Wash Multipurpose Cleaner with at least 5-10 years experience in Operation Department.
∎ Ayurveda Health World Limited is one of the First Growing Organics Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Personal Care, Home Care, Beauty care & Cosmetics produce company in Bangladesh. The above-mentioned position will be responsible to maintain the quality of the product and to supervise a quality inspector team according to standards.
∎ Ayurveda Health World Limited is looking for proactive, qualified, and experienced individual for this position.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan)/Cumilla (Factory)
∎ Workplace: Work at office & Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare and R&D of various types of Food and Cosmetics product like Concentrated Fruit Juice, Flavor Drinks, Powder Drinks (Tang) etc. Soap, Tooth Pest, Skin Care Cream, Shampoo, Hair Oil, Face Wash, Hand Wash Multipurpose Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner, Floor Cleaner, Dish wash, Detergent powder, Detergent Liquid, Pest, Talcum Powder Etc.
∎ To prepare and implement all the formulas of production for Food, Beverage & Cosmetics Products.
∎ To develop process & formulations for manufacturing products & establishing process parameters.
∎ Check & test the quality of incoming raw materials and product fitness as per standard
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for quality assurance and ensure proper implementation of quality check of Food & Cosmetics
∎ Ensure brand wise chemical test of finished products
∎ Set the quality standards and To ensure quality of the products as per set-standard
∎ Handle and store laboratory equipment with safety and security
∎ Actively work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of quality products
∎ Keep documentation of laboratory activities for reference purposes
∎ Anticipate problems/defects that may arise in the manufacturing process and take preparation accordingly
∎ Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
∎ Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
∎ Strictly maintain quality control methodologies to carry out analysis
∎ Prepare report on wastage issue in order to ensure minimum loss of production

∎ Skills Required: Factory operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Operation, Food & Beverage Industry, Cosmetics Industry, Cosmetics Toiletries Personal Care, FMCG Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food & Cosmetics (Packaged)/Beverage
∎ Minimum 03 years of experience as a production manager
