Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline having MBA degree will be given preference from any renowned local or foreign Universities. MBA/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accessories, dyes, Fabrics, Product sourcing, Purchase/ Procurement, RMG Sectors, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a Head of Procurement ( Knit Composite Garment).
∎ Develop & implement entire Material Planning, Procurement & Supply Chain strategy;
∎ Ensure required quantity of local & foreign raw materials (dyes & chemicals, Machineries spare parts, electrical & electronics and consumable related items) with desired according to schedule;
∎ Will be responsible for Fabric / Accessories / Yarn etc sourcing for Knit composite Factory (Supply Chain) from home / abroad;
∎ Coordinate with Marketing & Merchandising Department to understand requirement of core / basic fabrics and yarn in adherence to business calendar and accordingly work with fabric suppliers on pricing, delivery, capacity etc;
∎ Maintain liaison with the Factory regarding timely supply of all the Fabric / Accessories / Yarn / Dye stuff and etc as per need;
∎ Contact, collect and negotiate price offers from foreign suppliers or their local agents and prepare comparative price statements for management decision;
∎ Ensure cost effective quality purchase of materials;
∎ Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to meet the company's business growth while attaining desired financial results;
∎ Any other job as & when asked by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have Practical experience in large composite knit industries.
∎ Ability to work Under Pressure.
∎ Leadership role on procurement.
∎ Adequate knowledge on L/C opening, Insurance, Customs, VAT, C&F, EPB etc and Seaport/Airport activities related to import activities.
∎ Conversant with contract, agreement, negotiation and Management.
∎ Sound knowledge on the quality standards of dyes & chemical.
