Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set targets and prepare production planning as per the yearly sales budget
∎ Ensure quality production and on-time delivery of the ready-mix concrete
∎ Prepare the budget for plant and ensure optimum resource utilization and materials allocation for efficient and quality production
∎ Manage RMC truck movement and distribution process
∎ Manage, evaluate, monitor, and coach the workforce assigned to the plant and train all members of the maintenance team
∎ Direct and monitor machine maintenance, and equipment use to minimize unforeseen problems and reduce breakdown time to increase productivity
∎ Plan and ensure inventory of materials and spare parts for smooth production
∎ Ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance and maintain a safe working environment
∎ Prepare and analyze periodical statements on production and quality
