Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance
∎ PGDSCM/CSCM will be considered as advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skills, Distribution management, Management and Leadership, Strong communication skills., Strong leadership and team management skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pharmaceuticals Distribution, Team building capacity
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set distribution goals and plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals.
∎ Identify resources, perform workload assignments and provide assistances when required.
∎ Conduct trainings to team members as needed.
∎ Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
∎ Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
∎ Work with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Ensure that company transport vehicles are maintained in good working conditions while addessing GPS Tracking and other accountability matrix.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
