Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA with major in Marketing/Finance/HRM, or Master's in Economics/ Management/Accounting from reputed public/private universities. Educational qualification may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are searching for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced leader to perform the responsibilities of Head of Admin and lead a team of HR,Finance, Admin & compliance professionals of all units / projects/ Companies.
∎ Plan and track company administrative activities with Company Senior Management in order to evaluate needs for implementation, and keep the Managing Director informed of all problems or constraints encountered or expected during implementation.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations at HQ and build a system to reinforce a central control (including asset management)..
∎ Develop organizational policies and ensure strict compliance
∎ Employee Management.
∎ Manage administrative budgets and monitor operating expenses.
∎ Oversee financial management of the company including annual audit and tax matters etc.
∎ Maintain discipline of the personnel irrespective of the rank & Status. Monitor, Supervise & coordinate all admin affairs, transport, overall logistics as per Company Policy.
∎ Supervise attendance, Leave, Discipline issues and solve any dispute.
∎ Arrange recruitment with strategic planning and ensure placing of right man in the right place.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and keep those updated under the legal framework and in the best interest of the Company.
∎ Maintain relationships with relevant GoB (including the regulatory and other law enforcing bodies) offices and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure Safety, Security and Safeguarding protocols across the offices.
∎ Secure and renew all types of licenses for the HQ and the Branches.
∎ Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely services from vendors.
∎ Ensure proper SOP being maintained for all operations.
∎ Perform other duties as required/advised by the superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years but not exceeding 50 years
∎ Must have a demonstrable understanding of government rules and regulations regarding contract and property management.
∎ Minimum 10 years of operational and administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a company/organization.
∎ Experience with the implementation of business conduct plans, fraud prevention, and detection, and investigations strongly preferred
∎ Experience in asset management of company.
∎ Should have good academic background as well as strong Interpersonal presentation skill, leadership skill and able to generate professional report.
∎ Must have ability to communicate independently in English(Both oral and written).
∎ Experience and capability in independent business correspondence both in Bengali and English.
Salary: Negotiable
