Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ Post Basic B.Sc./ B.Sc. in Nursing
∎ MPH in Hospital Management qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day management of nursing operations of the Hospital ensuring optimum level of staff availability round the clock;
∎ Support in recruitment and retention of nursing staff;
∎ Budgeting and Management of OT/Ward materials & resources (stores, crash carts, linen etc.);
∎ Ensure patient-centric, safe, and compassionate care in all departments of the Hospital;
∎ Conducting regular hospital rounds and work in close collaboration with other clinical and support departments;
∎ Ensure the highest standard of Nursing through continuous coaching, training & development of team members;
∎ Implement Quality Control processes and Infection control in OTs and Hospital wards;
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Head of Nursing must be licensed as a Registered Nurse.
