Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Nursing & Midwifery. Must have active registration with BNMC;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day management of nursing operations of the Hospital ensuring optimum level of staff availability round the clock;
∎ Support in recruitment and retention of nursing staff;
∎ Budgeting and Management of OT/Ward materials & resources (stores, crash carts, linen etc.);
∎ Ensure patient-centric, safe, and compassionate care in all departments of the Hospital;
∎ Conducting regular hospital rounds and work in close collaboration with other clinical and support departments;
∎ Ensure the highest standard of Nursing through continuous coaching, training & development of team members;
∎ Implement Quality Control processes and Infection control in OTs and Hospital wards;
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Min. 12 to 15 years' experience in reputed Hospital (as Head Nurse, Nursing Superintendent, Nursing Supervisor etc.);
∎ Excellent Leadership, Team bonding, and Communication skills;
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
