∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from a well reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and
∎ enhance overall productivity
∎ Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for Spinning Mills Machineries;
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery;
∎ Responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance of Machineries
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machineries
∎ Leading and managing a team of skilled mechanical engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
∎ Preparing and managing the mechanical department budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
∎ Train up subordinates to develop service skill.
∎ Ac Plant Management Skill for Maintenance.
