Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with post-graduation in clinical pathology, microbiology or biochemistry
∎ Must be experience and capable of leading full-fledged Hospital Laboratory & PCR LAB.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Head of Laboratory (Hospital): Responsibility as following as under you
∎ The Head of Laboratory provides leadership and directs the training, development and supervision of laboratory personnel; plans and schedules the activities of the laboratory; assumes responsibility for the proper application of policies and procedures; and operates the laboratory on a cost-effective basis.
∎ He/she is accountable for the accuracy and reliability of all test services provided by the laboratories under his/her supervision. He/ She must look after - Molder PCR related all activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) in laboratory department (Hospital).
∎ Smart, energetic, intelligent candidate will be preferred.
∎ Must good command in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing
