Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline along with relevant training on Health, Safety & Compliance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance Management, Health Safety and Environment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Health and Safety: To monitor Health and safety for safe workplace environment without less possible risk to health and to ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
∎ Risk Assessments and Hazard identifications: To ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments and Hazard identifications for all relevant working Activities, Operations and Environments.
∎ Create reports: To create report on health, safety, Environment, Compliance and inspections.
∎ Develop Strategies: To develop strategies how to reduce of Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance related findings.
∎ Establish Policy and Rules: To ensure all Health, Safety and Compliance related policies, procedures, rules, regulations, Codes, Guidelines are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
∎ Design Training Programs: To design and arrange training program on working procedures are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities and to conduct firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense Authority.
∎ Arrange Meeting: To arrange meeting and devise the agenda for, formulate & distribute minutes for the Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance.
∎ Documentation: To keep up to date documents of all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.
∎ To ensure all agreed action points are completed within deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Communication Skills: Must have good communication skills to run smoothly HSE and Compliance operation.
∎ Organizational Skills: Must have skills & experiences to lead a HSE & Compliance team and with ability to manage Health, Safety, Environment and compliance issue of the organization.
∎ Analytical thinking: As Head of HSE and Compliance must have good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
∎ Public speaking: Candidates must have public speaking skills to give presentations and present oral reports regarding Health, Safety, and Environmental hazards within a specific workplace.
∎ Safety and Compliance knowledge: Candidates must have good knowledge on fire safety and compliance management.
∎ Rules and Policy: Must have good practice in rules and policy of HSE and Compliance.
∎ Leadership: Candidates must have good leadership skills
∎ Knowledge on Certifications: Candidates must have certifications on ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IOSH, NEBOSH and International Based Safety Course.
Salary: Negotiable
