∎ Master's degree in any discipline from a reputed University/Institute;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure hassle-free customer service associated with the flow of service of indoor & outdoor patients;
∎ Supervisory role play in almost every customer service point of the hospitals when and where it is required in the inpatient/outpatient area;
∎ Deals patients complaints and provide solutions according to proper guideline of the organization escalate superiors issue to as necessary;
∎ Act as point of liaison with other hospital departments into carry out patients' service excellence;
∎ Ensure presence at relevant point of customer services at proper time and schedule;
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in reputed hospital or customer service industry/5-Star hotel;
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems
∎ Duty day/night/on call duty
