Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in fashion design and product development within the woven RMG sector.
- Strong understanding of international fashion trends, fabric technology, trims, and garment construction.
- Creative mindset with a commercial approach to design, buyer expectations, and order growth.
- Experience working with international fashion brands will be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and team management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop innovative, commercially viable woven garment designs aligned with international fashion trends and the requirements of global brands such as Inditex, PVH and other leading fashion retailers.
- Maintain strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, garment construction, washes, finishes, and material innovations.
- Identify emerging fashion trends, colors, and market opportunities to develop attractive product concepts for international buyers.
- Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and technical teams to transform design concepts into market-ready collections.
- Present creative design proposals and product developments to buyers to strengthen customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Create new design, idea with co-ordination with buyers.
- Should have the capability to create own concept materials with trend & fashion.
- Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers' requirement.
- Should have an excellent capability on 2D/ 3D sketch designing Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Performs other duties as required.
