Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, manage, and review the entire design process for road and highway projects.
∎ Ensure compliance with national and international design codes and project specifications.
∎ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, geotechnical, and drainage.
∎ Review and approve design documents, drawings, and reports.
∎ Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for technical discussions and approvals.
∎ Identify design risks and develop mitigation strategies.
∎ Mentor and guide junior design engineers and CAD teams
