Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical) from a recognized university with good academic records.
∎ Business graduates having experience in Construction machinery sales are also encouraged to apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out sales and marketing activities of construction machinery business
∎ To plan, coordinate and follow up the work activities of the Sales Team
∎ Visit prospective clients, attend queries and finalize sales
∎ Meet sales target as defined by Management
∎ Making budget and implementing marketing plans as needed
∎ Develop effective sales planning and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to communicate with target market
∎ Be up to date regarding market intelligence report to support business & strategic planning
∎ Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and business projection
∎ Communication with Principal (s) and share industry information about the competitors
∎ Generate various reports as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have sales experience in construction machinery & material handling equipment
∎ Good knowledge on Marketing/Sales of product and services
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English and command over selling techniques
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
∎ Ability to travel extensively both in and outside of the country
∎ Capable to work under extensive pressure to achieve target

Salary: Negotiable
