Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all activities and product development
∎ Must have the mind set to work with the target
∎ Ensure AHT, ART and responsiveness as per target
∎ Team Management and Progress Monitoring
∎ Budget Effectively
∎ Incorporate Best Practices
∎ Work closely with Marketing Team and technical teams
∎ Prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers
∎ Quality Control and Assurance
∎ Developing Schedules and Timescales
∎ Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns
∎ Properly monitoring the business page and being capable to introduce new ideas and implement, and able to work with CRM tools.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 year of online sales experience required preferably in beauty products
∎ Previous work experience on E-commerce based company will be of advantage
∎ Must have very good and top-notch interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
