∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor recovery of bad investments and plan & Co-ordinate with respective individuals/ companies / departments to expedite settlements and collections.
∎ Ensuring recovery activity is undertaken with full compliance with all relevant legislation, client and regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Retired Army officer (Major or equivalent rank) are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have strong Connection/ Liaison with Law enforcement agencies and Govt. officials.
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company / Banking Sector are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.

Salary: Negotiable
