∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare flow chart of construction projects basing on capability till timeline of individual project.
∎ Sourcing Diploma Engineer for making a panel and outsource construction material & construction expert people/hands
∎ Maintain proper supply chain management to reduce cost and save time.
∎ Should be able to complete projects before/within time schedule.
∎ Should be able to handle pool of personnel for smooth conduct of project
∎ All site control and regular inspections of all sites
∎ Examining and taking corrective measures the structural design, consumption of rod/steel against each slab/floor
∎ Setting time and effective schedule for each sites
∎ Ensure the quality of casting, shuttering and maintain overall construction quality at site.
∎ Ensure quality interior and finishing works of the site. Cost effective and matured each operations.
∎ Raising of correct/accurate material requisition/demands.
∎ Wastage control at site and inventory control of purchased materials
∎ Ensure accountability of purchase/procurement team
∎ Ensure quality of works at all project
∎ Employ effective and expert civil engineer/workers at site.
∎ Monitoring and advice on site security measures.
∎ Create a valuable and healthy working team and act as team leader.
Salary:
