Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction related all functions in various buildings and land projects of the company;
∎ Ensure quality of construction;
∎ Maintain required progress of work and ensuring completion of project in time;
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, proper budget application to projects and cost control;
∎ Management of Project sites by co-ordinating between Management and Project sites;
∎ Coordination with design and engineering consultants for effective implementation of the projects;
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management
∎ Overseeing Supply Chain Management
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product 10. Authentication/certification of bills
∎ Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Above 40 years
∎ Due to the nature of the job only male candidates will be considered for the position
∎ At least 15 years of practical work experience in the relevant field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Sector Maintenance &
∎ Project Management
∎ Needs to be Self-driven & Proactive.
∎ Experience of working in reputed real estate companies.
