Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for heading construction department with logical leadership and target.
∎ Must have excellent liason with various govt. institutions to enhance the business with proper execution planning.
∎ Sound knowledge of necessary documentation for enlistment & others.
∎ Supervise and monitor the construction sites of the company and submit report the management on their current status time to time.
∎ Ensure all kinds of admin and logistic support to the projects.
∎ Provide guidance to the members of Civil Engineering Section and officers of Admin & Development who are entrusted with the logistic and administrative support to the projects within the area.
∎ Carry out detailed analysis of cost prior to signing the requisitions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
∎ Strong construction development skills
∎ Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills are a must Proactively decision making capabilities in different situation.

Salary: Negotiable
