Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitoring all activities of project construction work.
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and use of proper techniques
∎ Responsible for material estimate and requisition
∎ Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
∎ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean
∎ Follow up project schedule and on time work progress
∎ Submit time to time project progress report to the management
∎ Responsible for on time project handover
∎ Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects
∎ Liaise with contractors to ensure that project runs smoothly
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
